We process and dispatch online orders Monday to Friday, 10am - 5.30pm. Orders placed after 5.30pm will be dispatched the following business day.

• Express Shipping - $10
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $89.95
• Express Shipping Upgrade (orders +$89.95) - $5

All orders are shipped with Australia Post a tracking number will be provided. Standard Shipping delivery is 2-5 business days. Express Shipping is 1 business day, if you are in an express post zone, check your postcode

We do not ship orders internationally outside of Australia. 


PLEASE NOTE:

1. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment, to avoid delays.

2. Free Shipping Codes are not valid in conjunction with discount codes.

 

Returns Policy

Pre-Purchase Tips on Sizing
Please review all photos, details, and measurements before purchasing.  Vintage clothing does not always fit according to tag size (which has changed so much over the years!), so comparing given cm measurements is your best guide to finding your fit. If you have any questions or want extra measurements, do not hesitate to email us at midwest@adelaide.on.net.

Vintage (Pre-Worn) Items
Vintage items are a one of a kind and we can not replace the item as no two pieces are the same but we can offer an exchange or credit note. Vintage pieces may have a mark or hole for example but that is the nature of second hand items and does not deem the goods as faulty. The customer is liable for postage if they wish to return and exchange.

Brand New Items
We only replace Brand New items (not Vintage) if they are deemed defective or damaged on assessment, or if stock is unavailable at time of ordering.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds.
Customers must give notice of faulty garments within 7 days of receiving their order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect sizing or accidental ordering. If you accidentally order twice by refreshing your order in checkout you will be issued a credit note for the amount of your order. Email us at midwest@adelaide.on.net for instructions before returning any items.

If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may exchange them within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange when the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed. We cannot accept items for an exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. If the item you wish to receive is sold out you have the option of a store credit to be spent within three months.
